Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of acquisition and demand generation, the remote Director of Growth Marketing will manage the marketing pipeline, oversee customer journey touchpoints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights
- Own the marketing pipeline, overseeing lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes
- Lead the integration of AI and automation into the growth marketing function to optimize performance and improve forecasting accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of B2B growth experience at a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of building and leading demand generation and customer marketing programs
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy and performance across search and social channels
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
