A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of their product-led growth channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth strategy and roadmap for the product-led platform
• Manage an external growth marketing agency to ensure impactful campaigns and efficient spending
• Collaborate with Product Management on acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing with a track record in B2B or B2C SaaS
• Expertise in managing performance marketing budgets and agency relationships
• High fluency in data analysis, including basic SQL queries
• Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and optimization strategies
• Experience in a leadership role at a scaling technology company is a plus
