Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the demand generation strategy, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads
• Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives focused on experimentation and data-driven tactics
• Implement marketing strategies to scale revenue from $10MM to $50MM+, addressing the needs of CFOs and finance leaders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Deep experience in marketing and selling to the Office of the CFO
• Proven experience in scaling a company from $10MM to $50MM+ in revenue
• Demonstrated success in running Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
