Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a demand generation team, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability
  • Own the demand generation strategy across all buyer journey stages, managing multi-channel campaigns and budget allocation
  • Track and optimize full-funnel metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline health
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, particularly in a scaled SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable plans
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales technology stacks, including Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Experience managing external agency relationships and a scaling mindset for optimizing growth engines
