Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale its full-funnel media strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the internal paid media team and oversee a multi-million dollar media budget
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SEO and AEO strategy while managing an external agency partner
  • Own channel-level forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting, identifying new channel opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record managing significant media budgets ($15M+) in a B2C environment
  • Deep hands-on expertise in two or more of: Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or Influencer Marketing
  • Working knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices and experience managing agency relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Google Analytics
