Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Growth Marketing to lead digital and offline customer acquisition across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee digital acquisition channels and support offline channels for customer acquisition
  • Manage channel strategy, budget allocation, and organic growth channels in collaboration with various teams
  • Lead a team of performance marketers, ensuring effective campaign reporting and insights generation
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in multi-channel acquisition management
  • Experience managing acquisition across multiple brands or business lines
  • Deep hands-on experience in paid search and paid social; exposure to offline channels preferred
  • Managed performance marketing budgets of $30-50M+
  • DTC e-commerce background required; familiarity with SEO strategy is a plus
