Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Full Stack Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize the growth engine, identifying high-leverage acquisition channels and running rapid experimentation cycles
  • Manage full funnel strategies across paid acquisition, organic growth, product-led initiatives, and lifecycle marketing
  • Lead a small growth team, ensuring disciplined budget management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 12 years of growth or performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Proven experience in building growth functions or channels from scratch
  • Fluency in full-funnel marketing strategies, including paid media, SEO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with attribution and measurement, including funnel analytics
  • Experience in a product-led growth environment and understanding of small business marketing dynamics
