Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Growth Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and financial performance for new product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products, defining target segments and building launch plans
  • Guide and align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and implement scalable frameworks for product launches
  • Analyze performance against growth targets and identify new growth levers to adjust strategy as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing and growth strategy, preferably with D2C products or consumer tech brands
  • Proven success in driving complex, multichannel product launches
  • Strong technical and analytical proficiency to define key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience in scaling consumer tech or D2C products from inception to significant annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
