Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Growth Marketing, responsible for driving subscriber growth, improving acquisition performance, and leading SEO and paid acquisition efforts while managing campaigns and optimizing conversion paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance growth marketing strategies across organic, paid, and owned channels
- Lead SEO and AI search optimization initiatives to improve visibility and traffic quality
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and optimize for conversions, customer acquisition cost, and revenue impact
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and optimizing paid acquisition across various platforms
- Strong SEO expertise, including keyword strategy and technical SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with AI search optimization and funnel measurement
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
