Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of growth marketing initiatives, the full-time Director of Growth Marketing will oversee multi-channel marketing efforts to help churches engage with tools and services, while working remotely and collaborating with a team to drive performance and revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the growth marketing strategy, including goals, channel mix, and budget allocation
- Lead, coach, and develop a marketing team across various channels, ensuring high accountability and performance
- Manage event marketing strategies and demand generation efforts to enhance attendee acquisition and post-event follow-up
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and measurable results
- 3-5 years of experience in leading marketing teams, including hiring and coaching
- Proven success in executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with funnel metrics and performance reporting
- Experience managing paid media strategies and budgets across platforms like Google and LinkedIn
