Job Summary

To support a growing fintech infrastructure, the full-time Director of Growth Marketing will design and manage an AI-native outbound revenue engine, focusing on pipeline generation and customer targeting while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and execute the outbound revenue engine, maintaining long-term ownership as a senior Individual Contributor
  • Develop and operate AI-native systems to efficiently scale pipeline generation through technical architecture
  • Oversee enrichment processes and execute personalized, AI-driven outreach strategies across various channels
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B Go-To-Market, revenue operations, or growth functions, with a proven track record in high-growth technology environments
  • Advanced proficiency with Clay, including experience with multi-source enrichment and AI-personalized sequences
  • Deep technical fluency with outbound toolsets such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong AI-first mindset, demonstrating the ability to leverage artificial intelligence in outreach strategies
  • Professional background in fintech or financial infrastructure, with understanding of relevant buyer personas
