Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Growth Marketing, this full-time position will manage the revenue marketing system end-to-end, focusing on pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, and audience strategy execution while leading a high-performing team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize the customer journey to convert leads and nurture them throughout their lifecycle
- Develop and execute quarterly growth plans with clear pipeline and conversion targets
- Lead a team across Demand Generation, Events, and Lifecycle Marketing to achieve cohesive growth goals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of growth/demand generation marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in building and optimizing full-funnel marketing engines
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive rapid experimentation
