Job Summary
To support a growing nonprofit organization, the full-time salaried Director of Growth Marketing will define and execute pipeline generation efforts across various channels, manage marketing automation platforms, and oversee paid media strategies while working remotely with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the top/mid-funnel pipeline strategy for prospective K-12 partners, focusing on lead generation, email campaigns, and analytics
- Manage the Salesforce Account Engagement platform and ensure effective use of marketing technologies
- Develop and optimize paid media strategies, including budget management and reporting for Google Ads and other channels
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in growth marketing with knowledge of essential tactics and analytics for small to mid-sized companies
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Account Engagement
- Strong understanding of the K-12 district buying cycle and market dynamics
- Ability to create processes and strategies from scratch in a startup-like environment
- Familiarity with AI tools in marketing, particularly Claude, is a plus
