Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Growth Marketing, this full-time remote position will manage demand generation programs, optimize marketing performance, and lead a high-performing team to drive revenue growth across multiple business lines internationally.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated growth marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue
- Lead demand generation initiatives across various channels, including SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Coach and develop a marketing team while optimizing processes to improve lead progression and conversion rates
Required qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven success in executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- Deep expertise managing SEM/PPC campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets with a focus on ROAS and CPA
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
