Job Summary
To drive scalable revenue growth, the full-time remote Director of Growth & Demand Generation will design and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, manage outbound messaging channels, and rigorously track pipeline data to enhance performance and conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting high-paying clients
- Build and scale enterprise-grade outbound messaging channels using advanced identity enrichment tools
- Track and analyze pipeline data to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in custom software development or high-end IT consulting
- Proven track record of building campaigns that contributed to closing high-value enterprise service retainers
- Ability to write compelling, sophisticated copy for targeted communications
- Self-starter capable of managing strategy, execution, and analysis independently
