Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Growth Marketing - North America (CST/EST) to drive new business and oversee a team of growth marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the regional growth team and collaborate with other marketing teams to develop and implement content and programs
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities in the region and provide reporting on key marketing activities
- Develop and track team KPIs related to campaign and pipeline performance and ensure activities are executed within budget
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on owning the marketing generated pipeline target
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategy and experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
