Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth and Operations (Wealth).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end revenue operations function, including marketing and sales funnels
• Design and improve the client onboarding experience for wealth management clients
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs for business health visibility

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in operations or strategy roles, with at least 3 years in leadership
• Proficiency in data analysis and cohort reporting, including dashboard creation
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Track record of building scalable operational systems in high-growth environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong orientation toward compliance and fiduciary responsibility
