Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Growth Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle, including project management and post-pursuit debriefs
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of pipeline data while developing playbooks and training for Salesforce opportunity management
  • Manage BD analytics and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and exploring AI-enabled approaches for improved commercial intelligence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in healthcare communications, life sciences, or agency settings
  • Experience in building or optimizing operational workflows, particularly in business development and commercial systems
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows and comfort in building AI agents
  • Salesforce fluency expected; experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 strongly preferred
