Job Summary
To drive operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of Growth Operations will build, scale, and optimize systems and processes that support the commercial growth engine, focusing on CRM architecture, data governance, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the HubSpot environment, including architecture, workflows, and data governance standards
- Develop and execute strategies for data cleaning, validation, and standardization across company records
- Design and implement territory segmentation and account assignment automation to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Sales Operations, with 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including administration and workflow design
- Experience with data orchestration strategies across multiple commercial platforms
- Proven ability to drive CRM transformation and organizational adoption
- Experience in building financial reporting frameworks (ARR/MRR/GRR/NRR) in collaboration with Finance
