Director of Growth Operations

Job Summary

To support aggressive scaling efforts, the full-time salaried Director of Growth Operations will manage the analytical foundation, operating cadence, and cross-functional interface while leading strategic analysis to ensure predictable and actionable growth in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth model, budget construction, and data infrastructure to make growth observable and actionable
• Run the annual and quarterly OKR process for the Growth team, ensuring alignment and timely reporting
• Lead strategic analyses for expansion, payer transfer, and acquisition decisions to inform executive-level strategies

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth healthcare or multi-site services organization
• Proven track record of independently managing complex workstreams and influencing executive decisions
• Experience in team management or readiness to build and lead a high-performing team
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in building models and designing dashboards
