Job Summary

To build a partnerships engine that drives qualified software buyers to multiple brands, the full-time remote Director of Growth Partnerships will manage referral strategies, develop partnership portfolios, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance buyer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and define referral strategies, including OKRs for buyer traffic and revenue attribution across all brands
  • Identify and develop a diversified portfolio of partnerships to drive buyer traffic, managing agreements from sourcing to performance evaluation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish reporting metrics and enablement resources for integration partners, ensuring smooth operational execution
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, marketing, or business development within a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or media company
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnership or referral programs that contribute significantly to traffic and revenue
  • Strong marketing fluency with experience in CPA/LTV metrics and media-buying decisions
  • Commercial negotiation experience, including structuring diverse partnership agreements
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and build dashboards for performance tracking
