Job Summary

Driving market execution and partnership development, the full-time Director of Growth Partnerships will manage relationships with local employers and community organizations, support revenue generation, and collaborate on regional strategies while working remotely within Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for a diverse regional ecosystem, managing relationships with employer partners and local agencies
  • Build and manage a pipeline of employer and funding opportunities, leading outreach and relationship development
  • Provide market insights and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience for partners and fellows
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in partnership development, sales, or marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting for funding or partnership opportunities in a mission-driven context
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and follow-through
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, for managing a business development pipeline
  • Commitment to equity and inclusive workforce development
