Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth, Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities for growth within a complex business environment and align diverse stakeholders around new growth strategies
  • Support businesses with substantial growth targets by implementing revenue management strategies and effective acquisition pricing strategies

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in business, statistics, or economics
  • 15+ years' experience, with at least 10 years in pricing-related roles
  • Certified Pricing Professional recognition is highly valued
  • Ability to lead change and influence multiple senior leaders without direct authority
  • Ability to interact across functions and cultures
