Director of Growth (SEO & Web)

Job Summary

Driving Muck Rack's organic acquisition and website performance, the full-time remote Director of Growth (SEO & Web) will lead SEO strategy, optimize website experience, and enhance conversion rates to establish a high-performing growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the organic growth strategy, focusing on SEO, GEO, and website performance
• Collaborate with content teams to develop impactful, search-driven content and execute scalable SEO opportunities
• Drive conversion rate optimization through experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous iteration

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital strategy roles, ideally in SaaS
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and driving significant business outcomes
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and website optimization
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing tools
• Familiarity with modern SEO & GEO tooling (e.g., GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
