Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Growth Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of complex deals from mid-funnel through close, including proposal development and negotiation
  • Act as a senior customer-facing point of contact and strategic advisor to provider organizations
  • Build and refine internal tooling and sales enablement resources to improve go-to-market execution
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or growth roles, preferably in healthcare or healthtech
  • Proven success in executing complex cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of value-based care models and provider economics
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in building internal processes or enablement tools for improved effectiveness
