Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the growth strategy and implementation efforts with the leadership team
• Develop strategic partnerships and build relationships with government leaders and contracting officials
• Oversee capture management and proposal development processes to enhance win rates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 15 years of related experience in Federal Contracting
• Experience in growing a civilian sector Federal contracting business or practice
• Proven business development strategy, capture, teaming, and proposal management experience
• Deep understanding of the Federal Business Development Lifecycle
• US citizenship
