Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of health plan and partner accounts post-launch, the remote Director of Growth Strategy will manage relationships to drive engagement, retention, and measurable utilization while leading strategic planning and cross-functional execution.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for health plan and partner accounts, focusing on retention and long-term account health
- Lead structured business reviews and strategic planning sessions with external stakeholders to align on goals and demonstrate ROI
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand campaign scope and deepen partnerships over time
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B roles such as account management or customer success, with a track record of growing and retaining accounts
- 5+ years of experience managing performance-based metrics related to account growth and engagement
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and managing external relationships
- Proficiency in leading structured business reviews and strategic planning with external stakeholders
- Experience using Salesforce for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance
