Director of Growth Strategy
Job Summary
As a hands-on individual contributor, the full-time Director of Growth Strategy will own OurFamilyWizard's growth strategy, focusing on conversion and monetization while collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Set and execute conversion and monetization priorities across various customer journeys
- Establish shared metrics and a high-velocity experiment portfolio to drive growth and learning
- Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies while enhancing engagement with professional referral networks
Required qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience in consumer growth or monetization strategies with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience with subscription pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions
- Strong business judgment with fluency in metrics such as CAC, LTV, and retention
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams around shared priorities
- Fluency in App Store and web subscription mechanics, with a background in B2B2C growth being a plus
