Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of GSI Alliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a global GSI partner strategy to drive revenue growth aligned with corporate objectives
  • Develop global GSI partnerships and execute strategic joint business plans focusing on scalable enablement and pipeline build
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key GSIs and conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and refine strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales or alliance leadership experience, with at least 5 years managing GSIs or strategic partners
  • Proven success in building revenue-generating alliances with GSIs and understanding their sales models
  • Strong command of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection methodologies
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner-driven sales motions
  • Domain knowledge in Observability, IT Operations, or Cloud Infrastructure is highly desirable
