Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of brands, the full-time remote Director of GTM & Business Strategy will manage the entire product and campaign launch lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and cross-departmental alignment while reporting directly to the VP of GTM.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full product launch lifecycle, building comprehensive timelines and ensuring operational readiness
- Lead strategic kickoff meetings and provide structured updates to executive leadership on project progress and risks
- Iterate on GTM playbooks and optimize project management tools to enhance scalability and efficiency for launches
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years in project management or GTM/strategic operations within DTC, CPG, or eCommerce
- Proficiency in cross-functional leadership across product, finance, operations, and marketing
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with experience in building standardized launch templates
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using post-launch metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
