Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of GTM Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy and operating model for centralized enablement, driving revenue impact and execution consistency
• Develop and implement onboarding, training, and coaching frameworks to enhance team performance and reduce ramp time
• Modernize knowledge management and leverage AI to improve training and productivity across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in scaling GTM Enablement teams in high-growth SaaS environments
• Full-stack enablement experience across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and/or Support
• Proven success in building data-driven enablement programs
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments with a focus on strategic ownership and execution
• Experience leveraging AI and automation in training and workflow systems
