Job Summary
Owning the GTM enablement strategy and execution, the full-time Director of GTM Enablement will lead enablement initiatives across AEs, SEs, SDRs, Customer Success, and Partners in a fully remote capacity, ensuring effective onboarding, ongoing skill development, and competitive positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute GTM enablement strategy across various teams, including AEs, SEs, SDRs, and Customer Success
- Develop and manage onboarding programs and ongoing skill development for the GTM organization
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate messaging and product launches into actionable field materials
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in GTM or sales enablement within a B2B software company
- Proven track record of building and executing enablement programs across multiple GTM roles
- Strong working relationship with Product Marketing, with experience translating PMM output into field execution
- Technical fluency to discuss platform engineering concepts relevant to Spacelift's offerings
- Experience with competitive enablement, including developing battlecards and positioning strategies
