Job Summary

Leading a four-person enablement team, the full-time remote Director of GTM Enablement will own strategy and execution aligned to revenue goals, focusing on coaching leaders, managing onboarding processes, and connecting enablement initiatives to revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the enablement team, translating strategic direction into a quarterly roadmap
  • Drive manager and leader readiness by designing training sessions and reinforcement tools
  • Govern strategy and program quality, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing enablement assets
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement or sales learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading teams with outcomes tied to revenue metrics
  • Experience enabling sales and post-sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong skills in designing structured learning programs and onboarding paths
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms like Highspot and eLearning tools such as Articulate is a plus
