• 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS finance with a focus on GTM Finance
• Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in Cyber or similar industries
• Strong understanding of ARR mechanics, quota modeling, and pipeline economics
• Proven leadership in global sales finance operations at scale
• Experience in scaling compensation operations and managing complex processes
