Director of GTM Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of GTM Finance to partner with sales and marketing teams and influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to guide investment decisions and resource allocation
• Enhance customer acquisition efficiency through analytical infrastructure for LTV:CAC and marketing spend
• Oversee performance reporting and forecasting for GTM, ensuring finance's involvement in key decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably with an investment banking background
• Experience in high-growth tech companies, partnering with sales or marketing to drive outcomes
• Proficient in leveraging GTM metrics to influence executive-level strategy
• Strong financial modeling skills that drive actionable decisions
• Experience leading a team and developing talent within the organization
