Director of GTM Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, GTM Finance & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end GTM revenue forecasting process and develop models for scenario planning
• Act as the primary finance partner to senior GTM executives, providing actionable insights and aligning performance drivers
• Lead GTM opex planning and cost management, establishing frameworks for investment and ROI analysis

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of GTM Finance experience, including forecasting and senior-level business partnering
• Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and common GTM metrics
• Experience supporting Professional Services, including capacity planning
• Familiarity with consumption-based pricing models and associated forecasting challenges
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with FP&A platforms like Pigment
