Director of GTM Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Go To Market Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the Go-to-Market organization
• Guide executive decision-making on growth investments and resource allocation
• Define KPI frameworks and ensure high-quality reporting across the organization

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in FP&A with a focus on Go-to-Market and revenue finance
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth environments preferred
• Proven experience leading large-scale forecasting and planning processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business narratives
• Experience in building and developing high-performing teams
