A company is looking for a Director of GTM Technology & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across teams and systems to ensure focused execution on high-impact work
• Own the GTM program portfolio, prioritizing and executing initiatives aligned with business goals
• Develop operational rigor and support budget and resource planning for GTM technology

Required Qualifications

• 12 to 15+ years of experience in technology operations, program management, or business operations
• Strong understanding of GTM systems and the lead-to-cash lifecycle
• Experience defining system or program strategy and leading complex initiatives
• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through systems and process improvements
• Demonstrated GTM fluency in a B2B SaaS environment
