Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, GTM Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead GTM operations, including team execution rhythm and operational accountability
• Define the technical vision for the GTM infrastructure and automate workflows
• Establish marketing operations infrastructure and ensure data quality and governance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience in leading and developing a team
• Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture and data pipelines
• Experience building or maturing marketing operations infrastructure
• Proven ability to execute reporting and analytics at scale
