Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives for top-tier B2B tech clients, the remote Director of GTM Operations will oversee project management, client engagement, and AI-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for 4-6 B2B tech clients, driving strategic outcomes and managing project lifecycles
• Implement and deploy AI solutions, leveraging tools to enhance GTM operations and improve client deliverables
• Collaborate with specialist teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in GTM operations, either in-house or as a consultant/builder
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and solutions deployed in GTM contexts
• Strong understanding of foundational operational components necessary for high-level performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
