Job Summary
Driving new business growth, the full-time remote Director of GTM Operations will manage Tebra's go-to-market operating engine, focusing on the acquisition system's performance across Marketing and Sales to meet company growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the acquisition funnel from lead to closed won, ensuring pipeline health and new logo attainment
- Partner with analysts to translate data into actionable insights for funnel performance and pipeline health
- Lead a cross-functional team, establishing processes and prioritization frameworks to support GTM operations
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of improving GTM funnel performance, including pipeline generation and revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and SMB go-to-market motions
- Experience leading cross-functional operations and analytics teams, including hiring and performance management
- Strong technical acumen across GTM systems, including Salesforce and marketing automation tools
