Director of GTM Productivity

Job Summary

Leading the technology and operational foundation of Zillow's go-to-market engine, the full-time remote Director of GTM Productivity will define the AI-powered productivity roadmap, optimize workflows, and enhance governance and deal operations to improve team efficiency and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI-powered GTM productivity roadmap to enhance seller and Customer Success Manager performance
• Architect and optimize end-to-end GTM workflows to reduce friction and improve productivity
• Oversee deal operations and establish governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and process consistency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or sales operations, particularly in enterprise software or technology
• Proven experience leading teams and managing managers to build high-performing teams at scale
• Track record of deploying AI, ML, or automation tools in GTM settings
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Gainsight and Highspot
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Looker
