Director of GTM Systems

Job Summary

Leading the GTM Systems & Tools team, the full-time Director of GTM Systems will architect and manage the revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and data governance while mentoring a high-impact team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision and roadmap for the GTM tech stack, evaluating and implementing tools to address current and future needs
• Manage the core revenue technology stack, ensuring integration and optimal performance of CRM and analytics tools
• Lead and mentor a team of systems experts, fostering a high-performance culture and establishing best practices for documentation and deployment

Required qualifications

• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally within the $100M-$300M ARR range
• Proven ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects with organizational agility
• Strong understanding of revenue tech stacks and data architecture
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
• Hands-on experience with systems architecture and management
