Director of GTM Systems

Job Summary

Leading the Revenue Operations systems function, the full-time remote Director of GTM Systems and Applied AI will manage the non-Salesforce tech stack, drive the GTM AI roadmap, and oversee a high-performing team while actively developing AI workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture, configuration, and governance of all non-Salesforce platforms
• Serve as the GTM business owner for CRM requirements and partner with IT to prioritize the RevOps backlog
• Direct GTM AI Engineers in building custom workflows and establish standards for AI governance and integration

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM systems, sales operations, or revenue operations with hands-on and leadership experience
• Strong Salesforce fluency as a business stakeholder and power user
• Experience managing technical teams and providing technical direction
• Direct hands-on experience with core technologies such as Gong, ZoomInfo, or Openprise
• Demonstrated track record of deploying AI or automation in a GTM context
