Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the GTM technology stack
• Lead deployment and optimization of AI sales technologies
• Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions for sales effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, revenue operations, or marketing operations (SaaS preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales processes and technology, with CRM management experience
• Technical acumen with GTM technology expertise, including Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Proven project/change management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
