Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of GTM Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to analyze funnel trends and diagnose conversion bottlenecks
  • Serve as the primary technical authority for Salesforce, managing complex flows and technical debt
  • Lead a team of operations professionals and oversee the deployment of AI sales technologies


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in sales, revenue operations, or marketing operations, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and experience managing CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • Technical expertise in GTM technology, including sales engagement platforms and analytics solutions
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Innovative mindset focused on leveraging technology to improve GTM performance and efficiency
