Job Summary

Driving GTM transformation initiatives, the full-time Director of GTM Transformation will manage strategic workstreams across sales, marketing, and account growth while collaborating with senior leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate and support a portfolio of strategic workstreams, including GTM strategy, account growth, seller enablement, and demand generation
• Drive cross-functional alignment by maintaining momentum across concurrent programs and tracking progress with workstream owners
• Oversee specific projects within larger workstreams and manage external partners to ensure successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in GTM strategy, consulting, or business transformation
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Experience working with senior leaders to drive alignment and outcomes
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset focused on outcomes
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
