Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of HCP marketing strategies, the full-time Director of HCP Marketing will shape integrated engagement approaches for COMP360, focusing on both personal and non-personal promotion while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of HCP marketing strategies and digital/media plans for COMP360
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategic planning and tactical execution
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma, with leadership in CNS or specialty therapeutics
- Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics and regulatory requirements for investigational products
- Expertise in market research, brand strategy, and omnichannel marketing
