Director of Health and Wellness Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the advancement of community-based services, the full-time Director of Health and Wellness Strategy will unify strategies, align practices, and drive quality improvement while working remotely to strengthen local Ys and enhance organizational health and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance organizational priorities to strengthen local Ys by translating national direction into actionable supports
• Unify and align network strategies to build shared goals and enhance the credibility of Y-USA strategies across local Ys and partners
• Drive collective strategy by developing and managing activation approaches that ensure Ys and partners have the necessary resources and guidance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree strongly preferred
• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Expert functional skills and advanced industry knowledge
• Experience managing multiple teams or functions
• Strategic and operational decision-making authority
