Director of Health Economics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead HEOR expert for all products, providing evidence-based insights for product innovation
• Design, manage, and execute HEOR studies, including claims analyses and savings analyses
• Translate complex research findings into compelling value stories for clients and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree with five years of directly related experience required
• Advanced proficiency in SAS for complex claims analysis and statistical modeling
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HEOR, outcomes research, or health economics
• Proven track record of working with health plan data and understanding payer priorities
• Experience in the healthcare and wellness service industry is preferred
